Vienna Lager has deep, historical roots and played a key role in the popular shift from dark to pale Lagers in the mid 19th century. Elegant and deep in malt flavour while clean and refreshing, it's a style we just love to drink.

I'm sure I've had this before but here we go. Picked up from 73 Enid. A mostly clear amber orange coloured pour with lasting off white head. Aroma is nice fresh cut grass, biscuity malts, cereal, honey notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty cereal, light honey, light grassy hop. Palate is semi crisp, semi sweet, round, highish carbonation. Nice.

Can, 2 weeks past bb. Amber with a 2cm off white head that lasts pretty well. Toffee aroma with a floral touch. Light bodied. Sweetness from toffee and little stewed fruit before moderate spicy bitterness balances. OK.

30th September 2022, Boot Micropub, Wellington Shropshire. Last beer of the Oktoberfest weekend, half-pint, keg. Deep golden body, white crown. Not much aroma, some bready maltiness maybe. The taste held sweet malts and a caramel like flavour.
