The Sabro, Ella, and Zappa hops provide a very interesting combination of floral aromas and tropical fruits like pineapple, coconut, and also peach. They also bring a citrus base of orange peel and herbal notes, which are enhanced by the Citra hop. This creates an exotic but subtle combination with the reinforcement of Citra’s citrus and herbal notes. All this aromatic journey rests on a soft, velvety, and honeyed sensation provided by the barley, wheat, and oats malts used.
