Nine Tails is brewed in the style of a mild, with a dark chestnut colour. It may be mild, but it has ample soft malty flavours and a light fruity hop nose with low bitterness. Very easy to drink but definitely not boring!

[ As Red Cat Nine Tails ].Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a average to large, creamy - frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, dark malt, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, caramel, dark fruit, toffee, nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150809] 6-4-7-3-13

From cask. Pours clear and golden brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, breadish. Bitter, toasted. Dry and solid hoppy. Toasted dark malty far finish.
