Bottle 500ml. @ [ The Country Stat Improver Tasting ] - Saxo, Aarhus. [ As HumanFish SIPA (Slovenian IPA) ].Light unclear medium orange color with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, sweet malt, meat - marmalade. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, earthy, nutty. sweet malt, fruity malt - hops, meat - marmalade notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20161008] 7-3-6-3-13

Draft @ Pivo & Burger Fest Oct’16, Ljubljana. Trouble ambre, col épais beige. Nez malté, pâle, fruité tropical avec léger retrait tirant sur les agrumes. Palais est malté, pâle pils, un peu d’agrumes, petite pointe de fumé.

Bottle at Aarhus tasting. Pours hazy amber brown with a lasting off white head. Aroma is hoppy, chocolate, caramel, light fruit. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Finish has light dryness, lingering chocolate and hop.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, flowers, fruits, malt, grain and has a malty hoppy finish.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Dark, amber colour with a thin, off white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, toasted notes, caramel malts. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus fruits and floral hops. Ok.
