Bottle 500ml. @ [ The Country Stat Improver Tasting ] - Saxo, Aarhus. [ As HumanFish Witty Fish ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, wit bier yeast, grape, light coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, medium dry, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20161008] 6-3-6-3-8

Bottle at Aarhus tasting. Pours hazy golden colour with a small lasting white head. Aroma of citrus fruit and grass. Light sweetness, heavy sourness. Body is light. Finish is sour.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hopy and yeasty aroma. Light bitter very acetic ugly flavor,. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Taste is medium- sweet wheat, some spice, coriander, bit citric, medium sourness, dry, light bitterness, some yeast and light bread. Medium to light bodied, average carbonation. Too sour...
