Bottled at Sir William’s, Ljubljana. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Citrusy coriander aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mourhfeel. Orange peels, coriander and grass. Slight bitterness.

Pale yellow golden colour, quite clear for a witbier, firm white head. Aroma of orange peel, yeast, banana, spices and wheat. Sweet malty flavour, wheat, overripe banana. Finish overripe banana, curaçao and spices. Yes, Baldrick, let us not forget that you tried to solve the problem of your mother’s low ceiling by cutting off her head.

0,3l on tap at Ottakringer Braukultur Wochen. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells grains, fruity, citric, breadyeast, light sweetness. light body, soft carbonation, light mouthfeel. tastes yeasty, fruity, citric, tobacco, spices, oranges. finishes light with spices and light citric bitter notes. drinks quite nice and refreshing.

Draft sample @ Berlin Braufest 2015. Dorée pâle, légèrement trouble, col blanc. Arôme est fruité citronné, pointe d’épice surtout de coriandre avec une note d’écorce d’orange, Je semble noter une petite note de diacetyl? Fini malté aux notes de pain. Palais garde cette première impression de diacetyl sauf si cela est la source de la levure, cela n’étant cependant pas dérangeant. Note de coriandre houblonné noble fruité et finement tropical d’orange et un retrait tirant sur le citronné. Fini un peu sec sur un profil malt pils et fleuri houblonné noble et se terminant sur l’épicé de coriandre..

On tap at Karavana in Škofja Loka. A hazy pale white color, topped with a solid and very lasting white head. Fruity aroma, some wheaty notes and some spices present in the nose. Taste is mildly wheaty and fruity, a bit watery and sweet. Spicy and a bit peppery later on with fruity feel in the aftertaste.

Tap in the bottle at the Brewers’ Conference & Beer Fair in Zagreb, rated two days after. Murky yellow coloured, small white head, very pleasant orange coriander nose. Soft malty, wheaty and pleasant spicy with agrumy notes. Also mild coriander in the finish. Of course that fresh would be better, but it was quite nice in this condition.

On tap at the Brewers’ Conference & Beer Fair in Zagreb, cheers Matt! Full, opaque slightly darker yellow body, medium sized white head. Soft aroma, very light bubblegum, some light agrumes & maltiness. Very soft taste, ok, relatively simple, but quite lovely, agrumes... Maybe a touch too light for its own good, but a supremely sessionable beer nonetheless!

On tap at Cameral Beer Fest in Koper. Hazy pale straw color with thin creamy white head and soft visible carbonation. Aroma of coriander, orange peel, wheat with some floral and banana hints. Taste is very refreshing with strong citrus followed by moderate grainy malt and no bitterness. Medium body, mild oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. Holy fish, that was really a good one!
