Grassy rosemary nose. Clear yellow, medium head, good lacing. Flavor is grass and parsley from start to finish. Thin mouthfeel, little carbonation. No transitions, but very well hopped, which is a welcome departure from the many lightly hopped beers masquerading as pilsners.

Growler from the brewery. Pours a clear pale yellow gold color with a thin head. Poor head retention and lacing. Aroma of floral hops and light grainy notes. Taste is sweet malts, light grain, herbal grassy hops, honey and tea. A tad bit on the sweet side and lacking in bitterness. A little bit on the thin side as well. Sadly one of the more disappointing offerings from a great brewery.
