A clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white head . Aroma is earthy sweaty grainy, grassy, citrus hop, a little farty.. Flavour is composed of light earthy grains, raw malts, grassy hedgerow hop assertive bitterness,. Assertive dirty bitterness palate is grainy, grassy, tannin, moderate carbonation. Decent. Pithy finish.

On cask at Monsal Head Hotel. Appearance - golden with a nice fluffy head. Nose - flowers, grass and citrus. Taste - citrus, plant stocks and citrus pith. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a good refresher after a cycle ride.

Half pint, cask at the brewpub. Bright golden body, tiny white head. Fragile lacing. Aromas of herbal hops with rich fruity hints. Fruit hoppy taste of grapefruit and lemon with pale malts beneath. Smooth fruit bitter ending. Mild oily palate. Refreshing (Sunday pub crawl in Derby 22.02.2015).

Cask at The Furnace, Derby, Saturday 17th January 2015 Gold in colour with a slim white head. Lovely hoppy nose, citrussy with a touch of sweet lemon but then mostly grapefruit floods through. Clean, fresh, tasty session beer ending dry. Great stuff. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15. 3.8

Cask-conditioned at the Devonshire Cat, Sheffield, 3/12/2014. Clear gold, with a big, lacy, white, head. Massive citrus and tropical fruit character, with some grassy hop kick, balancing cemay malts and a dry finish. Excellent.
