A tribute to Lincolnite, Alfred Lord Tennyson, Poet Laureate, born in Somersby 1809, died 1892. Wrote "The Charge of the Light Brigade" in 1854 about the Battle of Balaclava. A golden ale with a slight red hue, apricot and passionfruit delicate flavours leading into a subtle citrus zing. Loads of flavour leaving you wanting more of this session ale.

Cask at the Peterborough Beer and Cider Festival 2024 with Grumbo and ITFCDan. Aroma is grain, citrus, passion fruit and apricot. Preferred the taste to this than the aroma. However, it lacked the body.

On cask at Blues Bar, Gainsborough - Clear pale yellow body, good white lacing top. Light grassy aromas, some fruit there. Taste has little hints of citrus, very slight bitter finish. Session (driving) beer in every sense of the word.
