14/11/2023. Can shared by Colin, cheers. Pours black with a small tan coloured head. Aroma of salted caramel, milk chocolate, nougat, light roasting, ash and coffee. Quite heavy sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Medium to full body, very smooth. Sweet goodness, really nice.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Opaque dark brown beer, decent tan head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, decent fine carbonation. Wow! Rich dark malts, big up front chocolate malts, dark and milk chocolate fudge. Good dark malt cream. Good ripe fruits in the mid, like berry liqueur and pruney fruits. Salted caramel coming through loud and clear on the back end and blending well with everything that has gone before. Whew! Another cracking brew from Tartarus, I think they have found their feet. Spicy linger. A delight

Can at home, picked up in Malaga, 08/10/23. Pitch black with a good sized khaki head that stays for the show. Nose is chocolate, toffee fudge, spice, hint of caramel, dark malts, fruit cake mix. Taste comprises Creme Brulee, brown sugar melt, salted caramel, sweet coffee froth - Tiramisu mix styleee, dried fruit rinds, toffee fudge, touch of vanilla essence. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Fun pastry ... does what it does on the tin, runs a touch sweet but overall sips fine.
