Tap at Csaka. Hazy golden with a white head. Intense barnyard and apples on the nose, light rubber ruins it for a second but it clears out relatively quickly. Taste is similar, funky apple juice, but with a rubber hint, autolysis perhaps? Okay still, but not great.

November 2019: Shared 750 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV 5.9%. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of cider apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Dry and slightly tart flavour. Notes of cider apples.

Bottle pour at Holm, pours a clear pale golden. Aroma is full of barnyard funk and crisp, dry apple skins. Flavour is bone d rye, with champagne-like effervescence, bone dry apple skins and intense funk. Bone dry and constructed wonderfully, like the best French farmhouse ciders. Excellent.

20 cl draft @ Mikkeller, Berlin - post beers with Tomaz after Grave Digger concert.
Couleur pâle/orange, pas de col.
Arôme sur un bouquet bien fruité pomme verte acerbe marqué - caramel avec un bouquet wild - funk qui arrive en rétro-nasal.
Palais est sec, funk marqué sans tomber dans l'acidulé - le tout reste assez grinçant aux dents avec l'acidité - fini un peu fleuri - pomme à l'acerbe marquée.

On tap at Taphouse CPH. Cloudy orange with a small white head. Funky aroma with hints of apple, wood and sulphur. Dry fruity and funky flavour with a pretty good bitterness for a Danish cider.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a hazy coppery orange with a white colored head. Aroma is funky apple, woodsy, musty. Taste is fruity, apple, tart and tangy, tannins.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. 2019 Vintage. Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of musty apple, woody funk hints. Taste is slightly tart, tangy, apple, mellow, funky, woody hints, citric with some bittersweet notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Shared bottle at RB/HD on board Fridtjofen 30.11.19. Pale orange golden. Small white head. Aroma and taste of red apples, apple zest and a hint of sulphur and leather.

Endelig er det tid for RBHD-møte, denne gangen ombord på Fridtjofen, og vi er nå mer enn halvveis i kveldens behandling av diagnosen (Repetitive Beer Hunting Disorder): klar dypgylden med fint skum som faktisk varer en liten stund. Overbevisende og kompleks eplearoma, og smaken er like god. Tørr og ren avslutning.
