Keg at Brus, CPH, 12/08/16. Golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is light brett strains, citric tinged straw, tangerine, on the turn melon, funk. Taste comprises caramel, toasted grains, tangy orange, light brett rips, lemon rind, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok subtle brett IPA ... would like a bit more hop presence though.

0.33l bottle. Digg the name. On the pour its a somewhat mild cloudy looking golden color ed one this. In the top, a tall and quite lasting just off-white head that leaving some serious lacings down the sides of the glass. Like the smell also. It's well hopped for sure. Some mild both darker and red berries. Blackcurrants and tones of watery cherries. It's also a little peel zesty and quite nice smelling all together. Oh, it doesn't taste bad either. A nice melting sweetness that balancing the dryness from the brett. It's nice and oily in the mouth and just above average on the carbonation this. Almost like a super dry cava that has been resting in the glass a little too long. We'll, not really but it has some resembles. Not directly woody but it has a mild wood dryness also. Soft lime peel, a little birch bitterness in the long finish. Yeah, I did not mind this one a bit. 14.10.2016
