13/7/2023. Cask at the Chelmsford Summer Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Pours very slightly hazy golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of orange, straw, malt, biscuit, grass, touch of honey and herb. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, average to soft carbonation. Good.

Handpull cask at the Salmon, L6. Dark, brassy gold and clear with a very light white head. Floral aroma with gentle malty notes. Messy taste, malt-heavy with a buttery taste and an unbalanced homebrew-y aftertaste. Oily body, thin to medium. Disappointing.
