CAN 50 CL. Clear amber, sticky off-white head. Smells of slightly caramelized makes, cereals, some sugared dried fruits. Clean deep malty taste, light toasty notes, fine alcoholic spicy notes. A really well done strong amber lager.

0,33 l bottle out of the last crate from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Okay, it´s a little bit late in the year but still a month with a "r". Clear pale copper in the glass with a two finger white head. Sweet caramell on the nose. Taste starts the same, increasing malt and a mid bitterness in the middle. Some red fruity parts, some nuts or so. Maybe allmonds. Low alcoholic with bitterness and fruity sweetness in the aftertaste. Okay for its kind.

0.5 l can from a local Tommy supermarket, Zagreb. Clear amber, minimal off-white head. Very faint malty, some dry fruits. Very light sweet. Over-carbonated, light body, watery, abrupt finish. This is a watered down terrible beer.

Can, 0.5l. Pours clear copper body with two finger soapy white head. Weak head retention and almost no lacing. Smell is quite ok, malty with decent caramel presence. A bit of grains and corn. Medium body with regular to high carbonation. Texture is surprisingly thick and oily, which is nice. Bittersweet. Sweetness coming from the malts, bitterness both metallic and from hops. Aroma quite plain and uninspired, malts, grains, corn. Slight caramel, touch of hops. Aftertaste dominated by metallic acidity. Finish is unpleasantly bitter on the tongue. Overall, mediocre thirst quencher. Not something I’d enjoy throughout the winter.
