Draught at café. Big, dimpled mug. Slightly hazy amber colour with a fluffy off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits, toasted notes, butter and bread. Taste is lightly bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry and fruity with toasted notes, caramel malts and butter. Nice, straightforward Tmavý.

Tap at Bastion. Quite dry amongst tmave, simple roasty character with a bit of dried fruits. Nothing too special but actually quite palatable considering where it comes from. Okay beer.

Tap on the old square in Prague. Some caramel and brown sugar in a relatively lame nose. Rather lame and weak, no body. Crap.

Okay soft aroma of barley. Has decent head and an okay darker burgundy body. Flavour is soft barley notes with hints of coffee. Just okay, not exciting, nor complex.

Pours a coppery brown color, topped with a medium to small tan colored head. Caramel malty aroma, some bready notes, a slight soury feel. Taste is sweet, malty with caramel presence. Bready. Mild bitterness in the finish, slightly soury as well. Pretty decent one. Easily drinkable, light, but enough taste.
