Thanks fonefan! Pitch black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, some ashy and roasted tones with mild chocolaty tones too. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, some nutty tones with mild alcohol sweetness to it as well. A bit coffee lurking in the finish.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Black, small beige head. Aroma of coffee, licorice and whiskey. Mid sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Licorice and coffee, peat. Long bitter finish with some warmth.

Dark roasted and sweet malty with lots of chocolate, coffee roast, burnt brown sugar, molasses, full bodied, dark roasted malty finish. Very nice.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is roasted coffee, chocolate, caramel, brown sugar, taste is similar, quite bitter at first but mellows out. 9/8/8/8/8

Can from Utobeer, Borough Market. Oodles of dark roast coffee in the nose, splash of smoke,dark chocolate, cocoa, brown sugar. Ooh yes, no doubt about the coffee angle, very rich indeed. Nicely backed up with dark chocolate, smoke & cocoa. Smoky sweet finish. Utterly up my Straße.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Clear very deep brown, small bubbly pale tan head. Light smooth palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth dark malts, a mild dark malt cream. Smooth but rich espresso coffee, a little fruity coffee. Comes together nicely. Could drink a fair bit of this.

Black beer, thin tan head. Massive coffee aroma. Flavour follows suit. Heaps of coffee, dark chocolate, a little caramel, toasty malt, a little aniseed. Big rich body, boozy warmth. Delicious.
