Keg at the Balance taproom, MCR, 04/10/24. Clear golden with a white cap that veers to the edge. Nose is tangy fruit rinds, green berry, funk, damp oak, tannins. Taste comprises lemon rind, green berry must, barnyard nip, vinous. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic rasp. Solid saison.

Clear pale blond colour with lasting thin head. Aroma and flavour are packed with funky farmhouse notes. Not particularly sharp. Notes of yellow stone fruit and hay.
