A blend of barrel-aged, mixed-fermentation bière de saison and a fresh saison brewed with Wai-iti hops.

Bright, lightly tart, and soft in texture. The oak-aged component brings quiet complexity; the fresh saison adds lift and freshness. Wai-iti contributes gentle citrus, stone fruit, and floral notes.

Fermented with a mixed culture. Aged in oak. Bottle conditioned.

Unfiltered. Naturally carbonated. Best served slightly chilled.

Kicsi, nem túl tartós hab, narancsos árnyalatú szín. Savanykás, gabonás, fűszeres illat. Savanykás, fanyar, gabonás, fűszeres íz. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, nem keserű. Egy kicsit savanyúbb, mint amit szeretek.

On tap at Taphouse CPH, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has gentle rustic saison yeast, light hay, and a touch of seltzery notes. Flavour is gently rustic, with subdued residual sweetness, a touch of bugginess, and a touch of hay. Rustic, lightly sweet finish. It’s alright.

Bottle via the online shop. Hazed green tinged pale gold. Slim ring of white. Needs geeing up a bit. Nose has moderate lactic bretty funk. Old lemon. Wood shavings. Taste is a little sweet up front. Bit of sharpness. Light body. Fine carbonation. Light tart finish. Ok but I’d expected more. Feels a bit of an unfinished article.

Bottle from the dark web. It pours crystal clear pale yellow - gold with a small fluffy white head. The aroma is bright, zingy, tangy, vinous, lemon - lime, gooseberry, melon, sherbet, dull funk, hay and must. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, tangy, light acidity, pucker, white wine, gooseberry, melon, grape must, lemon - lime, dry oak, hint of funk and elderflower with a dry finish. Lightish body and soft, supportive carbonation. Lovely and vibrant.. chuggable.
