Bottle@Jens place - Clear yellow pour with a small almost no existent white head. Sour fruity aroma and taste with notes of peaches and apricot, medium acidic, light to medium body, tart fruity finish. Very nice.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, malt, brett, and straw. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, straw, and brett, leading to a tart finish.

500ml bottle thanks to rich. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is stone fruit tartness barrel vanilla and some spice. Taste is more of the nice peach stone fruit notes a tart pucker funk and barrel notes.

This beer is quite tart and the choice of using stone fruits helps a lot, but still. Aroma is Bread yeast and fruit. Flavor’s like nose with tartness dominating, fruit balancing. Finish is like flavor and of moderate length.

Keg at the Beer Gonzo tap room, 04/02/17. Hazed orange with a good sized off white cap. Nose is tangy citric fruits, light spice, Tropicana sours, pissy tang, funk, cactus. Taste comprises pissoi’d citric peel, light wood must, grapefruit sherbets, grape must, sharp mango, damp straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with subtle barrel notes. Solid well balanced sour.

Keg at Beer Gonzo; cloudy yellow pour with zero head, aroma has funk and really big citrus action, taste has peach, big citrus, tangerine, sour grapes, decent drop.
