(500ml bottle from boxbeers.dk shared) Pours hazy medium gold with a small white head and lace. Aroma of cheesy, ripe barnyard funk, pale stone fruit notes light and fresh, some skin and dried apricots, white wine, weak lactic lemon yogurt, wheat cracker. Flavour is white wine, fresh and dried apricot, light lemon juice and crackery base, floral, very light bitterness, dried apricots, minerals and light oak on the finish. Light to moderate body, spritzy carb. Decently high extraction of both barrel and fruit flavours with an unassuming core, the high funk not really translating to the palate. Refreshing, if not extremely complex.

Bottlle thanks to Kyle. Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is stone fruit, funk, oak. Thin, tart peach and apricot flesh, low acidity, oak, very nice.
