L’intensità olfattiva è normale con persistenza olfattiva sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è costituito da una velatura persistente di bollicine fini a bassa carbonazione. La frizzantezza, a bollicine fini, è vivace e persistentemente insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno, di amaro carico. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e riporta sapori di malto e caramello, con persistenza gustativa buona ma con evidente presenza etilica. Il finale è lungo e pulito.

Aroma: Fruity sweet and malty. Flavour: Pretty fruity sweet with notes of caramel and slight bitterness. Colour: Light amber with a white head.
