On tap the brewpub, Uehlfeld, 8/8/2015. Medium brown with a big, beige, head. Sweet, toffeeish beer, with some bready malts, a few berry notes and gentle finish. Good.

Bottle: Almost clear, copper coloured, mid-sized loose off-white head; dryish fruity-caramelly nose, some hops in the background; tart bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, a malty body is barely detectable; dry bitter-caramelly finish with a fruity aftertaste. Too unharmonic, not my favourite brew…

Milder, würzig malziger Antrunk. Sehr milde und konstante Herbe, dann schokoladig. Geringfügig bitter zum Ende, süffig. 8/8/9/8/7/8

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. The beer is nice malty and fresh. Nice dry with a great malty body. Very fresh, nice crisp. Nice bitter in the aftertaste with hints of roast and malt. Dry, round, smooth. Great Dunkel. Not too deep, but the surface is great!

Poured clear amber brown with a weak head. Aroma had more caramel malt than medium roast malt, but this is reversed in tasting.
