Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Pale yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy very bretty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Some brett notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly fresh sour-ish mineraly, soda powder, bark, minerals, weeds, flowers, hay, fruit salt, sour grass, brett, unripe gooseberries. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, soda powder, sorrel, sour berries, minerals, fresh hops, unripe gooseberries, fruit salt, citrus acid, brett. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak yeasty buttery sour aroma. Fruity sour tart bretty spicy flavor with weak buttery hints. Has a fruity sour bretty yeasty finish with weak buttery hints.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, brettanomyces, wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, and wheat, leading to a dry finish. Boring.

Sample from 375 ml bottle. Hazy, amber golden colour with a tgin, white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, grasses and fruits. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Finishes dry and bitter with fruits and apples.

Bottle@Jespers - Almost clear whiteish yellow coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is medium sour citric fruity, some prominent lemon, slight wooden nuances going on, medium tart fruity finish.
