A bottom-fermented IPA, which consists of five old hop varieties and is cold-tamped. Its recipe pays homage to the traditional hop varieties that have been cultivated for many years.
Complex aromas of dried fruit, dates, honey, tobacco and leather. Medium-bodied with a melty initial taste and a nice bitter note on the finish.

Moderately hazed golden to light amber topped with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, herb, straw.
Taste comprises grass, floral notes, perfume, caramel, straw.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
So so affair ... a little flabby.

Opalescent golden colour, medium sized creamy ivory-like white head; aroma of pine resiny, some floral hoppy, candied orange peel, honeycomb toffee, biscuity and caramel notes; greatly balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with some spicy-peppery aftertaste; great classical IPA, I like it very much
