A golden India Pale Ale with a white foam. This beer is generously hopped with Simcoe and Cascade to give it a good balance between malt and hops. The beer is fresh with notes of citrus and pine needles, which suits the Danish Christmas lunch.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, deep golden with a lacing, off-white head. Rather discreet aroma, is this dryhopped at all? Medium body, tons of cabbage flavours and a rough and crude finish. Flawed and failed brew in every way. The kind of beer that gives IPA a bad name. 211216
