Bottle 500ml. @ [ The Country Stat Improver Tasting ] - Saxo, Aarhus. [ As Walter Hele Olu ].ABV: 4.0%. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, pale malt, cereal, moldy, corn. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, bread, cereal, pale malt, sweet malt, moldy, corn. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20161008] 3-3-3-2-3

Can at Aarhus tasting (as Walter). Pours yellow gold with a small white head. Aroma of sweet corn, and grass. High sweetness, light bitterness. Finish is soapy. Not nice.

Can, 4% as "Walter Ölu Hele". Clear yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, grainy, mouldy, corn and cardboard. Flavour is malt, corn, medium sweet, thin, grainy, watery, cardboard, hop and a little bitter.

Sampled from two 500ml bottles, Walter Ölu Hele and A Le Coq Pilsner, both provided by Gaute. Same aromas and flavours. Straw coloured body. Low, white head. Spotty lacing. Not much for the nose, grass and pale malts can be detected. Similar flavours, notes of cardboard. Mid-dry and soft. Anonymous (Tromsø 06.11.2013)
