Brewed with Coriander and white tea. Citrusy, hoppy & bitter with refreshing notes of spice. Who gives a monkey? Dutch seafarers returning from the east would often bring back monkeys, which they would sell to tavern-keepers to pay off drinking debts. Our IPA, with its hints of botanicals and spice, is a tribute to those sailors’ spirit of adventure and quick thinking.

Bottle, 330 ml courtesy of JFK10000. Shared with him and Max. Cloudy orange, medium white head. Fruity, some citrus, caramel, tad spicy, medium carbonation. Some light+ bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

26/8/2018. Bottle courtesy of Patrick. Pours hazy golden with an amber tint and an average sized white head. Aroma of hops, pine, flowers, light coriander, citrus, vanilla and mild spice. Medium sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish from the tea coming through. Liked this.

Lys brun klar med høyt hvitt skum. Lukter karamell og sitrus. Middels fylde og bitterhet. Smaker sitrusskall, noe ananas, mango og lett karamell.

Frothy airy head left flotsam on a clear light golden still body. Big aroma of citrus & hops. Medium bodied, soft on the palate with a clean dry back. Herbal tastes with tea, citrus, coriander & bitter pithy finish.

Bottle @ home. Hazy amber colour, white foam. Nose of citrus, sweet malts, some pineapple. Sweet malty taste, piney, light bitter hoppy finish. Ok, not very nice.
