Level 42 bottleshare, Santa is flying past below! Thanks to Dan. Clear gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is soft with reasonable fine carbonation. Soft malts, light creamy sweetness. Soft mellow hop skunk. Pine and spice. Light tropical fruits. Citric peel bitterness emerges. Soft finish. Impressive. Plenty going on here and it’s very drinkable.

Bottle at level 42, cheers! It pours clear rich gold with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, nectarine, peach, apricot, brioche, grapefruit and fruitcake. The taste is dry, quite harsh bitterness, big grapefruit character, resin, pine, booze, soap and solvent. Medium body and fine carabontion. I found this one pretty rough around the edges. Fair at best.

Cask at Ealing beer festival 2016, Ealing, London. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Rich hoppy, tropical fruit, orange aroma. Tastes similar, rich, hoppy, tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, slightly sweet and heavy. I’m not a big fan of Twickenham but this was very nice indeed, would like to see this one again.
