Lightly drunk summer thirst quencher! The beer is based on the old traditional German sour cream Berliner Weiss, which is usually mixed with cherry syrup. Hailuoto Weisse is a sour beer that is enjoyed with blueberry syrup. The beer has been used with the naturally occurring lactic acid bacteria and yeast on the surface of the malt.
