Miltei kirkas kuparinruskea olut ei vaahtoa juuri lainkaan, vaikka kaataa lasiin hieman normaalia ronskimminkin. Vahvan mallasrungon omaava tuoksu on sekä karamellisen maltainen että havuisen ja eksoottishedelmäisen humaloitu. Maku edelleen vahvan maltainen, karamellinen, kevyesti havuinen ja eksoottisen hedelmäinen. Maussa karamellinen mallasrunko nousee aika vahvaksi ja peittää humalointia aika rajusti. Jälkimaussa pieni greippinen katkero. Runko on vahva ja täyteläinen, mutta hieman flätti tämä tuntuu olevan, hiilihappoja ei ole käytännössä lainkaan. Alkoholikin nousee aavistuksen varsinkin maun puolella esiin.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 09/02/17, from Alko, 20160630) The beer poured deep golden and quite clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had peach, tropical fruits and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, mango, booze, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, boozy and bitter. The booziness made the brew too unpleasant.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Riihimäki. BBE 09/02/17. Colour is clear orange with very small white head. Aromas and flavours: Some fruits, caramel, pine, resin, hops, distant hints of alcohol and malts. Waming but needs fruitiness.

Smell of spruce, hops. Dark amber colour, high white head. Aroma of spruce, grass, hops, finishes with sweet fruit. Bitter, finish is sweet. Semi-flat carbon, half oily texture.

330ml bottle from Alko. BBE 09/02/17. Pours yellowish orange with a small bubbly head. Aroma of grass, fruits, tropical notes, caramely malts, hints of pine and stingy ripe citrus. Taste is sweet, caramely and fruity with some boozy notes, hints of ripe tropical notes, pine and grass. Finish is sweet, malty and fruity with some hops and warming alcohol. A bit too boozy and sweetish, and the fruitiness doesn’t feel very fresh.

33cl bottle from Alko. Poured deep golden color with a thin white head. Sweet tropical fruity notes in aroma, combined with pine and herbal notes. Pleasant. Flavor has glueish notes, pine, citrus and alcohol. Evens out after a b while. Lovely aroma but bit too boozy. Thin body considering the abv.

An slightly orange, a head is small and blond. Aroma has some tropical notes, grapefruits, also overriped fruits, caramel. Taste has strong bitterness, herbs and slightly grapefruity, some fruitness, also some alcohol. Medium+ bodied, not too heavy bodied. Too less of fruitness, more harsh DIPA.

Slightly hazy dark otange color, small white head. Aroma is kind of herbal hoppy, pine, cat piss and riped kiwi. Medium-bodied. Flavor has citrus, wood, herbs, tropical fruits and alcohol. Malt base is quite light for this ABV. Striking combination of citrus bitterness, tropical riped fruits and alcohol.
