Sample @ Food Festival. Unclear dark brown with tiny beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, yeast, smoke and caramel. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, dark fruit, yeast, medium sweet, little liquorice, hop, spices, smoke, meat and a little bitter.
