Tap at cigar city cider and mead ybor city. A clear pale yellow straw coloured pour with a small halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet golden apple, sweets, elderflower, pollen, lime. Flavour is composed of green jolly rancher, grape, kiwi, cactus, good fun.

On tap at Cigar City Cider & Mead, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of elderflower and a touch of cactus. Flavour is dominated by the elderflower, with a touch of herbal crunch from the cactus. Sweet and floral. Not good.

[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Red session. Golden. Aroma of prickly pear, apples. Sweetish and slightly tart flavor with juicy apples and a bit of prickly pear. Very nice and refreshing.
