Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a near clear deep gold body that has copper hues and supports a thin tan head. The aroma offers up a spicy oak like note with saison spices and peach fruitiness in the background. The flavor delivers a rush of Brett tarted up peach fruitiness, spicy oak and a light saison yeastiness. To midway it becomes sweeter before the modest Brett notes take this into the finish. This attains a nice balance between sweeter and spicy and tart notes.
