A collab with Brewski from Helsingborg. We got a couple of kegs of their APA ”Ananasfeber" and their IPA ”Passionfeber" and mixed them into two stainless steel tanks and then added our brettanomyces yeast culture and our house souring culture to secondary ferment the beer. The result is a hoppy and fruity sour ale which makes it the perfect drink for the sunny summer weather.

(On tap at CBC 2016 Green Session) Hazy dark gold pour with a white head and spotty lace. Aroma is fruity and tart to sour, citrus peels and juice, lactic acid, yeasty notes, slightly leafy, fairly substantial funk. Flavour is pretty acidic, rather fruity - mostly mixed citrus + light stone fruit, wet funk, yeasty, with moderate bitterness in the finish and lingering tartness. Light to medium-bodied, fairly refreshing stuff. In my last round of the festival so I probably under-appreciated it.
