Pale amber color with a large, thick head. Grainy aroma with notes of caramel and honey. Dry and grainy flavor followed by a sharp bitterness.

Bottle. Flowery grapefruit hop aroma. Cloudy amber, offwhite foam. Medium body, foamy, fizzy. Light hayish malt, grassy, lemongrass and lime finish.

0,33 flaske (bb. 2018-09-06, batch nr. 13) fra Systembolaget Malmø, hjemme: klar mørk gylden med svært kort, storboblet skum. Daff aroma og smak av vissen grapefrukt, like visne urter, litt tørkede frukter og høy. Kjedelig fra første til siste dråpe, og mild bitterhet i ettersmaken. Mangler karbonering. "Single-hopped med generösa mängder amerikansk amarillohumle" iflg etiketten, men sjelden har jeg opplevd en så bortkastet bruk av Amarillo. Unfresh and extremely boring.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a small, off-white head. Somewhat tropical and peachy aroma. Medium body, very fruity with a harsh, late bitterness that isn't overly pleasant. Chad has a way with hops that's not really a winning recipe. 131117

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Oct 2016) Pale amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of citrus, resin, toast and slightly metallic aromas. Malty, hoppy taste with crystal malt, citrus, grapefruit, tea and a balanced citric, slightly metallic, bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

[ As Chad Beer Sun Giant ].Unclear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, licorice hops. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, licorice hops, fruity malt, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Draft. A hazy amber beer with a huge beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and a bit of hops, leading to a bitter finish.
