Bomber from La Riviera in Sacramento, CA. Pours brown with a slight, transient dark tan head. Very nice coffee aroma. Med + body. Flavor is very nice coffee, nigh espresso for me, and something like chocolate in a milk stout base. Yummy. Very light bitter. Slightly earthy. Got to wonder what it would be like imperialized.

22oz bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out copper brown topped with a sand head. Nose is big coffee notes chocolate roast and a little smoke. Taste is more of the heavy coffee forward kick along with a nice chocolate sweetness.

Bottle at Black Sunday. Pours a clear copper brown with small beige head. The aroma is strong coffee bean and chocolate. Medium mouth with nice roast and milk chocolate, sweet finish.

Draft at Kern River Brewing (guest beer). Nose is big coffee, roast, chocolate, light smoke notes, and more big coffee. Black with a small beige head that laces lightly. Flavor is lightly sweet, roasty, a hint of smoky, and tons of coffee. Really nice!
