Quite surprised to find this bottle at Rudy's Pizza, Soho. The cider is a very pale gold with a hint of green. It's got an obvious champagne-like fizz. Tastes of Granny Smith apples up front, followed by a little baked apple and custard, and floral notes in the crisp, drying finish. Quite light overall, but enjoyable nevertheless.

Light gold pour, brief white fizzy head. Aroma is very floral blossom, apple peel, slight funk. Taste is sweet, apple peel, sugar. Heavily carbonated, quite smooth. Nice sweet cider.

Yellow colour. Light apple aroma. Slightly moldy. Moderate semidry apple flavor. moldy. Average finish. Oily palate.

Bottle from Morrisons. Pours clear very pale gold with a dissipating white cap. Aroma: sweet apple, apple skin, sweet apple, prosecco. Taste is crisp, dry, sherbet, sweet-ish long finish. Light body with spritzy carbonation

Bottled (from KCM Kivihaka). Golden colour with a small white head, that vanishes quite quickly. Aroma is sweet apples with some mild spciness, wood and mild yeasts. Flavour is sweet apples, some herbal, mild wood and yeast to it. Sweet, but also somewhat dry in the finish.

Bottle from discoTesco. It pours clear very pale greenish gold with a dissipating effervescent fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, vinous, apple skin, sweet apple, prosecco, icing sugar, touch of candy, appletiser and hay. The taste is crisp, dry for a bit, then it sweetens, icing sugar, sherbet, dull tartness, light pucker, crunchy apple, white grape, fizzy candy, tinned pear and melon with a dryish, sugar coated finish. Lighter end of medium body and prickly effervescent carbonation. Quite like the spritzy mouth feel. Definitely has a prosecco vibe. I had worried it would have been sweeter. Not bad.

Posh looking 500ml bottle: BB 8th Jul 2022. Drank at home on 30th Nov 2020. Pale and sparkling, reminded me of 'Prosecco'.
