(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20200201) The cider poured nearly water coloured and clear. Its head was small and disappeared quickly. Aroma had apples and yeast. Palate was medium bodied with very high carbonation. Flavours were apples, yeast, sweetness and light tartness. Aftertaste had apples and light tartness. A decent but very fizzy cider.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours perry color with a decent tho transient white head. Nice aroma, sort of perry without the pear. Not near medium body. Flavor is lightly, lightly tart with some, but not much, sugar. I'm going with green apple skins. Fairly dry. Mild flavors. Refreshing.

Bottle at home picked up from Tesco Watford. Been in the fridge for ages. A clear petrol coloured pour with no head. Aroma is sweet candy apple, jolly rancher , pear, hard candy, candy floss. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, apple and rhubarb, rhubard and custard sweets. Pal;ate is sweet and tangy, highish airy carbonation. Fine.

Danke an minutemät. Frisch apfeliger, mild herber Beginn. Roter Apfel, mittelstarke Süße, minimale Säure. Zum Ende trockener, vollmundig, mittellanger Abgang. 8/10/8/9/9/8

Bottle at Jason and Traceys, 18/05/19. Pale golden yellow and a lively looking pour with a small white crop of bubbles. Nose is crisp apple, straw, grass, grains. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, grains, straw, sugars. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close. Average affair at best.

Straw blond with quick fading head and medium carbonation. Aroma and flavour don't offer up much actual apple. However it's a clean and crisp dry cider. Quite pleasant.

RBESG 2017, sampled on July 23, 2017 @ Olutravintola Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Pours light watery, some carbonation taking place. Nose light acidic, sweetish-dry champagne-like. Taste is medium sweet, dry and apples coming out late. Basically high carbo, so feels like sweetish and very drinkable champagne.
