Single via Appalachian for a reasonable $2.66. Sounds like a clearance number. Pint glass at home. 11/23/25 batch.

Clear, copper, very sticky & lingering head.
Hard Chinook nose. Itchy, earthy pine. Soft, red ale sweetness. A dab of menthol.
Bright, acidic, pine-y hops.A twang of medicinal alongside some irritating red grapefruit pith. Earthy, quit astringent, but also very thin. Strong acid, medium-low abv feels. Very dry & leafy.

This is a more sloshable Celebration knock-off or a decently made clone, minus the heavy resin. Good. Enjoying it with a paprika heavy turkey.

Can. Gold in color with a three finger. Aroma is citrus fruit. Taste is grapefruit, slightly sweet upfront with a bitter finish.

Kinda funky and over-hopped, with a strong chive/vegetal front competing with the citrus-tropical notes for dominance. Toast and wort are on the base; not bad, just…sloppy and a little rough.

2 week old can A: Poured clear tawny dark gold with a tall frothy head. Long retention and thick clumpy lace. S: Mild earthy, leafy, herbal hop aroma with faint orange and stone fruit beneath. T: Tart and bitter hops hit as orange zest and pith mingle with tart cherry, then fade into toasty bread and earthy notes. Great balance. M: Light and clean with average carbonation and puckering tart finish. O: Very tasty flavor combo with everything in proportion. Very good.
