Very nice Tripel, estery and fruit-forward, with loads of pear, orange, and lemon zest, followed up by honey, date, and a lingering floral bitterness. Finishes yeasty and semi-sweet, with a touch of booze. Quite easy to drink for a 9.6% pint. Lovely.
