Draft. Hazy and headless. Interesting beer. It's too acetic peach, which isn't surprising for peach. But there is a lot of sticky malts offsetting that. Also a bit of a vanilla flavor makes it a bit dessert like. Fine but could use less acetic.

29-04-17 // bottle shared at Le Petit Belge, Wiesbaden. Thanks Zwiebel88! Hazy dark orange golden beer, white lacing. Nose is light funky, a bit gueuzelike, sour. Taste is sour, brett, green apple, light citrus, whitewine, wild yeast. In the beginning very good carbonation but the carbonation escapes quickly. Lacking some body in the end, but still a great beer.

Bottle @ LIBF’16. Shared with the RB Belgian team.

Another sour from Free Will, with white cranberries. Thin, off-white head, hazy golden robe with somewhat pinkish hue. Strong aroma of a lot of unripe gooseberry (but probably a combination of esters with those cranberries), yoghurt, white raspberries, funky stale sweat and fermenting hay, lemon. Estery onset, very crisp and acidic, lemony and drying, deeper lactic sourness, wheaty breadiness underneath, very fruity and dryingly tart finish. Opulent, rich and crisp sour ale, completely to the point.

Clear pale copper yellow beer, no head. Aroma: funky, cow fodder, dirty, hay, bit spicy, pretty weird. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, acidic, peaches, yellow summer fruit. Aftertaste: sourish, fruity, bit of lemon juice, some yeast, bit salty, mineral touch.

The Travlr tasting at ChrisO’s. Thanks to Gene for all the beers and Chris for hosting. Hazy pale gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light and mildly crisp. Tangy sourness, a little lemon and a little white wine. Mild brett savoury. Light crisp finish. Decent.
