Bottle shared at Chriso’s Travlr last minute tasting. Many thanks to Gene. Light haze yellow / straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is tart apple, sour, light acid, wheaty grains, tangy. Flavour is composed of puckering sour, tangy lemon pith, wheat, straw, spicy lemon. Palate is tart sour, highish carbonation, tangy finish. Good stuff. Little sticky in the finish.

Bottle shared in London at chriso’s. Thanks to noodleuser. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy white head. The nose has sweat, tart lemons, fresh grass clippings, white grape. Light-medium sweet flavor, some cereal, faint butter, light lemony acidity. Medium bodied with lively carboantion and velvety texture. Cutting acidic finish, more lemons, cereal. Not bad overall.

Bottle. Crystal clear golden color, champagne head. Aroma of citrus and subtle feet. Taste is tart and wheaty, like a nice berliner.
