The shared vision between The Lost Abbey and Wicked Weed Brewing, a blend of beers from both breweries, Ad Idem is an Oak-aged Golden Sour w/ local whole peaches. The resulting culmination produced some incredible depth, showing how the stonefruit in the barrels played along with the blend of wild yeasts.

2016 Boise stone fruit tasting on 8/27.750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Pale golden pour capped with a small, white bubble head.. Peaches at the forefront in aroma and taste. Brett adds some yeasty character, and it is all finished off with a nice tart, sour bite.
