Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit andlight pine flavor with light malt. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and light pine linger.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy aroma. Fruity malty piney grapefruit hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter finish.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a deep clear copper body that supports a nice looking tan head of foam. The aroma offers up sweet malts, a dab of caramel and then some nice spicy galaxy like hops that deliver spiciness, slight grassiness and then some slim juicy citrus notes. The taste starts with a flash of sweet malts and caramel before it plows into citrusy to piney to kind of a spicy resiny citrus sensation. There is a diacetyl note that seems to pop up from time to time or this is just a mix of malts and caramel malts as I don’t really get any buttery or butterscotch off flavors.
