Dorf on saksalaistyylinen pils. Etiketin kuva on Mathildedalin puistotieltä, Suomen pisimmältä tammikujalta.

Samea, kullankeltainen olut kohtalaisella vaahdolla. Tuoksu raikkaan ja tuoreen ruohoinen, kukkainen ja maltainen. Maku enemmän pelkästään ruohoinen ja maltainen, kohtalaisella katkeruudella höystettynä. Melko hapokas.

Bottled@Gustav Wasa, Vaasa. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus, some fruity and mildly yeasty ntoes. Flavour is floral, grassy, some herbal notes along with mild fruits and some yeastiness too. Mild cardamom like notes as it warms up, not sure where that comes from.

Bottled (K-Kamppi)
Slightly hazy orange-golden color, small steady white head. Herbal, grainy aroma. Light-bodied. Grainy, somewhat sweetish malty, spicey German hoppyness. Lingering grassy, spicey hoppy aftertaste. Quite German. Ok.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 23.12.2016
Aroma has buttery malt, some grassy hops and mild metallic tones. Also cereal. Flavour has cereal, grassy hops, some gooseberry bush and buttery malt. Also mild metallic notes. Straightforward and easy-going, quite typical German pils.
