0.75l cork-top bottle, shared with Ales. Aroma of caramel, toasted malt, dried fruit and spices. Pours clear brown color with large soapy tan-like head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts sweet caramelly with toasted note, following is dried fruity, nutty and floral, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Light to medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Too sweet, but not too bad….

Loose off white head on a still brown coloured body.
Malt & toffee aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth & creamy with sticky back.
Toffee, malt, demerara & berry taste with tangy fruity finish.

Thanks Guillaume for this bottle, best before 11/22, sharing this one with my wife, two days ago, hot weather and smooth beer, brewed on the Belgian way, malty, bready, side of toffee and sugar, light bitterness, refreshing, a bit boozy, 04.09.2023, drinking it at Epalinges.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is malty with caramel, adjuncts, fruity notes, sugar, cardboard, some soapy/floral and metallic notes. Flavour is sugary sweetness with a light bitterness. Medium body. Ruined by a cheap adjunct aroma and too much use of added sugar. I've yet to drink a decent beer from this brewery.

Cork and caged 75cl bottle: BB 31st August 2025. Drank at home on 15th November 2024. Clean dark amber body, large off-white crown. Sweet malty molasses in the nose and taste, toffee, caramel and basically 'sugar everywhere'. My sweet tooth really liked it, but it's too sweet really.
