A strong craft beer, with a marked roasted malt flavour that reminds Bellini’s priestess stubborn personality. In the end, chestnuts give a surprising and delicate aftertaste.

Bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard shared with the in-laws Hammel, DK - Murky Amber brown pour with beige head. Aroma and taste is sourish malty, some caramel notes, kind of earthy, medicinal and herbal, not a fan of this.

Marrón oscura, no opaca. Sin espuma, sólo película. Rico aroma dulce y acaramelado. Se nota también castaña cocida. Entre bien en boca, ligera de cuerpo y bien de gas. Suave textura. Predominio dulce y a fruto seco. Final amargo y licorizado. Rico gusto. Equilibrada.

Bottled, thanks Thomas Husing! Hazy copper colour, small head. Peppery nose with caramel and chestnuts. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Nutty and caramelly, lightly roasty. Low bitterness. Relaxed typical Italian style beer.
