Draught@CBC2016. Close to black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is sour wood, some slight berries and mild ashy tones. Flavour is roasted, some sour wood, ashes, berries and quite tart as well. Good idea but does lack some drinkability.

Backlog March 2018. Beautiful dark ruby red body under a small beige head. Aroma has dark malt, oak, vinegar and slightly funky. Taste is sweet malt with acid, wood and vinegar. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Nice and interesting.

From backlog. Taster at Haand Festival. Almost Black with offwhite head. Sour, berries, barrel.

50cl bottle from Beer Inn Mugishutei, Sapporo, Japan. Batch 805. Pours dark plum with no foam. Aroma is grapes and barrel aged. Body is average or just above average, with delicate carbonation. Taste is surely sour, to medium-high levels. Also a bit of sweetness, reminding of grapes. Finish is long and sour.

500 ml bottle, batch #805, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Nearly black colour, minimal beige head. Funky aroma, farmhouse, oak, lemons, hints of chocolate and roast malts. Sour flavour, brettanomyces, lactic acid, lemons and oak, also roast malts, hints of coffee and chocolate.

Draught at Tap10. Dark amber colour with a reddish tinge. Thin, lightly tanned head. Tart, fruity aroma with lemons, wooden notes, dark berries and malts. Taste is sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry and tart fruity with dark berries and wooden notes. Nice sour.

Black with light brown head - Some roasted malt in the aroma with some sourness as well - Malt body with some roasted notes and there is a good sourness there as well with some acidic notes - The malty sour with hints of acidic flavours goes into the finish - This was good

Draft. A red beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and caramel. The flavor is a bit acidic with notes of malt, straw, and caramel, leading to a dry finish.
