Tap at SOPP Tku 2020. Smell of spruce, hops. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, grass, a faint of spruce. Bitter. Soft carbon. Soft palate. Very balanced.

Flaska. En väldigt söt IPA med tydliga karamelltoner och även en hel del apelsin. Låg kolsyra och mjuk munkänsla.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a suoer dense, frothy white head with good retention. Nose has distinct Brett with a vague side aroma of citrus. Body is thin and a little watery with a lowish carbonation. The flavour is totally dominated by fat Brett with a late, bitter finish. Actually it's not so bad - but I guess it was a mistake, since the label mentions nothing about Brett. 151118

Bottle. Pours clear golden with small white head. Aroma is spruce, orange, bitter grapefruit, soap and mint. Taste is medium sweet, medium bitter and light acidic. Body is light oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of mandarin, spruce, malt and grain.

An slight orange coloured, a head is small and blond. Aroma has mild fruitness, herbs and some fat from the Christmas ham. Taste has fruitness and herbs, fat, not fresh enough, bitterness is quite mild with green leaves. Medium bodied. I don't like this, the Christmas ham shouldn't be in the beer, weak.

Bottle @ Villi Wäinö, Helsinki. Pours orange, light haze, not too much carbonation there. Nose is malty, somewhat blunt citrus, buttery, probably oxidised. Taste has some hoppy body, light citrusy edge - but something buttery is really destroying this beer. Overall, drinkable but well, could be better I guess.

[ As Hiisi / Donut Island Frisco Disco ].Unclear - hazy matt medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweer malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, sweet fruit, sweet citrus, sweet hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, citrus, sweet citrus, sweet fruit, pale malt, sweet hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle at Villi Wäinö, Helsinki. Hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Fresh with hops, citrus, some caramel and light hay. The body was medium as was the bitterness.
