Draught @ CBC. Pours deep reddish brown with a creamy red head, lacings. Aroma of light sourness, yeast, brett, wood, berries, raspberries, little almond. Flavor is rather sour, wood, yeasty, brett, tart fruity, raspberries. Medium body, average carbonation, acidic finish. 140516

Sample at CBC 2016. Dark amber with a small head. Fresh and sour with raspberries, funk, light oak and some cherries. Elegant and refreshing with a nice tart finish. Really good.

Draught @ CBC 2016, Copenhagen. Pours deep red with a small head. Aroma of juicy raspberries, some tartness, oak and funky yeast. Taste is super smooth, juicy and slightly tart with loads of raspberries, hints of oak and funky sourish yeast. Finish is funky and tart with loads of raspberry juice. Great.

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, nice deep reddish color. Aroma is fresh sour-ish fruity, raspberry syrup, sour raspberries, soda powder, oak, grass, berry skin, minerals, fruit stones, dark malts, mild vinegar. Taste is sour-ish dry fruity, soda powder, sorrel, mild vinegar, sour raspberries, oak, berry skin, fruit stones, grass, fruit salt, citrus acid, raspberry syrup. Medium bitterness, dry acidic mouthfeel. Nice one.
